the user @Withdraw claims he cannot refund my payment because the funds where " pending" i have disputed the payment , and he says he is still unable to refund , is he lying it has been over 2 days now

Haha I was actually in the middle of writing this only saw your post because I previewed it but yeah. My payment was pending and White was able to fully refund me

He is lying to you, charge back. The sooner you do it the more likely you are you will win it.
