Scenario:
>I send money to a PayPal account, from my PayPal account.
>The person I sent the money to, swaps the money. (Sends it from his PayPal account to his other PayPal account)
>I chargeback (like because of a scam).
> During the dispute he tells PayPal that he scammed me, or something.
Would I then recieve a refund from PayPal and that middle account (the one used to swap the money) gets limited and a negative balance?
