it won't let me send any money on my payp it's connected with my credit card and my bank can someone please help? it's almost like it's locked or something
What it saying? "We can't send your payment right now" Or something like that?
You can just call up and they'll tell you to log in and out to fix it after providing proof of ownership to the account.
If you're limited then it's a completely different issue.
You should know if your account is limited.
Call up PayPal and just ask, it's easier than contemplating what it could or couldn't be.
If you're limited they should just ask you to verify some stuff and it'll be fixed either tonight or tomorrow.
