So I personally have a flawless method to make sure your paypal account, whether limited or not, can easily have all of it's money withdraw. I was wondering how much this method would be worth? You can break their terms of services in anyway you like, they cannot keep your money and they will not punish any other users.

Just to clarify, this method only works BEFORE your account is limited! I cannot unlimit an account, but there is a flawless way to setup an account and withdraw all funds ONCE limited.

One thing to note, it really cannot be saturated or patched in anyway. It is entirely a flaw in their system.
