So let me start from the beginning. About a month ago, my account could not send any money; just receive. I would get the following error message when trying to send payments: " Error Message
We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now"
This last weekend, I got sick of waiting for things to happen.
So I emailed them. They then limited my account ( which is not an issue, as I can confirm my phone number. ) Anyways, after I got the limit on my account lifted, I could send payments for around 30 hours. However, this morning I began receiving the error message again. If any of you know how to intentionally get a PayPal account limited, or know a solution to my issue, please help.
Note: This is not an issue with the person whom I am trying to send money to's PayPal. I know this because I have tried sending money to a verified account as well, with no luck.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

EDIT: I believe my issue is being caused by funds that aren't actually present. So on my second PayPal which has a bank account linked, and is verified, I sent myself $25. ( I only use my fake PayPal to buy / sell things online for security purposes) . So it turns out, the money still hasn't been taken out of my bank, yet it shows I have a balance. So if this issue happens to you, either refer to @Michael+ 's thread posted somewhere below, or wait
