Paypal Problem

Im currently trying to do a deal with @Polaris for his twitter anyway i sent him the money and its saying i have a Zero balance but it never took away the money from my account
Anyone know how to fix this

He sent me screenshots of the money being sent to me, but I haven't received anything.

He had the right email, I'm a verified user, yet it didn't even say -$17.00 in his account.

Anyone know what's wrong?
