Basically i had like more than $30 in paypal i got limited because i charged back on membership on a hacking forum that closed within the week of opening. Basically i had the money and won the dispute but yet paypal limited me.
I was underage at the time they wanted proof of address and photo ID.
I did of course not have Photo ID, so i found a fake one on google which had the name and info blurred with some guy standing there holding it at the camera. Anyway i got my one account unlimited using this, i then transferred the funds to my new account which then got limited! I know sucks right? so again uploaded the ID, got a call from the operator saying "oh we cannot take this ID it's blurred and we cannot see the information, please take a clear picture of just the ID." Sucks right? now i had to somehow fake my ID or fake a birth certificate which would also be accepted.
I never did do it i just waited the 180 days and still no funds! emailed them multiple times about sending me a cheque or sending the money to a relative's account same response each time automated bullshit! Says we would like to talk with you about this matter, i have not called them yet because i was underage at the time i am now 18 and still i don't have my I.D or birth certificate, what should i do?
This has seriously depressed me for some time and i hate paypal now whenever someone mentions it makes me want to kill the founder of paypal, no joke.
