Paypal limited for 180 days?!

Yup that's the only thing you can do, you can try to appeal the limitation if it is invalid but other wise not much to do.

I managed to withdraw the $50 that was left in the account after 45 days though.
I withdrew every few days and never let more than a few hundred sit in my balance.
My appeal was denied on the basis of being underage even though an HD photo of my national ID clearly says I am 20 years old.
If nobody charges back on you during your limitation you should be able to withdraw the remaining funds when the chargeback period runs out.
