Has anyone of you guys had issues with PayPal? I got refunded money, got an email saying it was refunded, but I haven not gotten it in my paypal yet. What should I do?
So you managed to put the money from the card to the PayPal? then afterwards you tried purchasing something and got refunded and never received the refund? If that's the case then it's a PayPal issue.

I took money out of my bank (atm), went to the store and bought a visa gift card. Was going to buy something online, didnt like it, sent the item back and got refunded, but the money hasnt gone through yet, its been 3 days. I contacted paypal VIA phone call and they told me to go to the bank, but yet I never use my bank card in the first place.
