PayPal Issues

Sorry but we are still having hacker issues with the paypal and he keeps refunding all the resent transactions due to this I am going to try one last thing, if it doesn't work then there will be nothing purchasable via paypal here anymore. All the refunds where not authorized, and WILL be returned to MY account. If you choose to spend the money refunded to you, and you don't have the funds in your account you will goto a negative balance. This is a fair warning. The second the funds are in the account is getting closed as well. Expect some things to be changed around here today.

I thought paypal was secured and stuff? I guess not, hopefully you get this figured out cause I like paypal and it would suck not for people not to use it.
