I keep trying to pay for something on paypal and i keep receiving an error. Does anyone know how to fix?

ERROR "This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information"
 
This happened to me once, I'm not sure how I fixed it though :s
Maybe the person you're sending money to had their PP limited.

call them and they'll probably fix it right away.

I also get the error when i try to purchase from business. IDK WHY
 
Perhaps you only have a small amount of AVAILABLE balance.
 
I actually just got the error "We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal."

It's so annoying. IDK what to do
 
Try sending smaller amounts, like $10 or less at a time.
 
Send it through the phone app. It might help... I sometimes get that error..

Usually when I get an error with the phone app it is fixed when sending it on my PC. lol. 

OP I hope you're able to send your payment. I had this before and I just waited like 8 hours and it worked.
