Paypal help

Don't know which section to put this in but i keep getting the "We're sorry, we can send your payment right now" error. Is there a way to fix this, its a canadian account with no bank linked or card. I've sent a payment before but now it doesnt work

ive tried on my phone, computer and even let my homie try it lol
 
This happened to me a lot, as soon as I got onto a VPN it was fine. But that can cause other problems, I'm not really sure what to suggest. If you're on home, just change your IP.

As this may work for some of you, I highly recommend you do not use a vpn while on your paypal account. Paypal will just think your account is compromised and limit your account.

OT: Only logical thing to do is wait it out, usually stops in an hour or so for me.

My advice would be never use PayPal unless all your stuff is verified and linked with a bank account. But like the others say... You must wait till it gets fixed
