I need help. So I have $0.00 and nothing in my resolution center. I am verified and everything, but I've been limited for 3 weeks now. Any help is appreciated. No trolls please I need real help.
Usually when you're limited it tells you a bunch of shit to do to get unlimited. If that doesn't show up when you log in just call PayPal and you'll probably get everything sorted.
