Paypal Help

Not sure if this is the right section but can I get some help with Paypal

1. I am an Unvertified user and another Unvertified user sent me a payment with a credit card but its saying I need to be Vertiefed anyway to get around this

2. If I decline the Payment will it Refund it to the user ?

If you decline the payment it should be refunded im guessing

I believe it will cancel the transaction, and you are better off just verifying your paypal. In the end it works out better! Good luck though!

Is there anyway he can send it to me while im still Unvertified ?
