I tried to chargeback on Aleyoso for scamming me and I lost the dispute since it was sent as a gift and I used the steps that @Optikal said.

Can someone try and help me put in the right information to win the chargeback?

If you sent it as a gift, call PayPal and say that the seller requested you send it via Family & Friends and explain how he scammed everyone and that it's a fake PayPal, etc.

I can't call PayPal since I'm under the age required and I don't sound older than I am.

I'm speaking to Michael on Skype and he's trying to help me but he can't call PP for me and either can this other guy on FK since he is offline.
 
I lost the dispute aswell. Oh well. Hopefully I receive my xbox one, ill pay him if I get it.

I don't think any of us will. I'm as pissed off as everyone else.
 
You guys must be doing something wrong here. If you need help, add me on Skype and I'll do it for you on team viewer.
 
I followed @Optikal steps and got refunded less than 24hrs. Hopefully calling will get your refund back
 
I sound young, so I wouldn't be able to call @optikal

Never mind, if I don't receive my xbox one, that's just a bit peak, and part of life is losing stuff so I'll just go with it.
 
I charged back using Optikal's method as well but the case is still open.

We'll see what happens but I'm hoping for the best.
 
Just explain the situation to PayPal, and find someone who has a deep voice,
