So some guy sent me $1250 on paypal, then i refunded him later on, and the 'currency conversion fee' has left me neggy £40..

there is no way im fucking paying paypal that shit, so wtf do i do????

pls help ??

couldnt i say my paypal was hacked or anything or i was RATTED and i didnt even accept the payment?
 
Say someone hacked your paypal or something. Not much you can do in a situation like this.
