Paypal gurus, help

My Paypal has been limited after an unauthorized dispute was started. Whenever I try to enter the Resolution Center, I get the error "Sorry -- your last action could not be completed.

This has been going on for 1 month.

I've tried:
  • Clearing Cache
  • Clearing History
  • Clearing Cookies
  • Calling Paypal, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong

help

The dispute was already resolved? I called Paypal and they told me that I shouldn't even be getting the error.

I need to access the Resolution Center to resolve my limitation
 
Same I've been getting this for awhile now someone help!

Then yes, contact PayPal directly and have them fix the issue.
Try another browser as well.

I contacted paypal and they said there was no issue.

Tried 5 browsers, 2 tablets, 3 phones, 6 computers.

If you don't have any balance in your PayPal, then I would simply just start over, or make a temporary account for now.

If you haven't known, I do offer a PayPal holding service for users with issues like this.

It has $160 in it, if I could take the money out of it don't you think I would have already?

Didn't mean to be rude when I said that, it's just annoying how Paypal does dumb stuff like this
