Says my limit is $500, yet I can't send any money. I've $18 in this account, and I've never sent any money from it, I've only received those 18$ and nothing else.

yeah this is what they do (fake limits).

Thye do it so you load $$ then they limit you 2 days after and rob the cash.

only way to survive with paypal is to use other peoples accounta

Pretty much to be able to use it properly you have to have everything connected to it with real information. I have no limits.
