I'm making a new XBL Gamertag, and it says If I want, I can try a 30day trial of xbl...

I choose paypal, because I have one -- but so far, all guides for ETrade or w/e are like 9 months old, and do not work.

(etrade for me says confirm in 2-3 days, when it used to work instantly)

Please someone help me do this? I want to fckking play GTA online
 
If I remember correctly, you don't need to add any sort of payment option to get the 30 day trial. All you have to do is create the account, then when they ask if you'd like to purchase xbox live just say "No thanks." You should then qualify for a free 30 day trial as long as you haven't done so with ~3 accounts on your xbox.
 

They changed it up, It gives payment options, select 'No thanks' and it says 'Not sure? Try a free 30-day trial'. Click that, and it asks for a credit card or paypal for "Verification" (tons of websites/companies do this shit now) and it says Cannot Verify Billing information, when I click accept after logging into paypal.

Just wondering, could you resend them with the code i am supposed to enter highlighted? And it says they expired..one said expired in 2011 and other in february lol.
 

They're coupons, not physical codes that give you 12 months. You must take them to the store.

MS paint solves all problems with expirations.
 

Family Fare near me sells 12 month cards, so what do I print the coupon out, after getting rid of the expiration date and they give me one?
