Hey, sorry if this is the wrong category, I really wasn't sure where to put it.

So I got scammed via Paypal, I lost some money (like $20) and I'm wondering how I can chargeback? The guy I was meant to be buying an @ off (off site I know) blocked me.

Let me know if I'm able to get my $$ back haha
 
Go to resolution center>file a dispute>it's self explanatory from there

It doesn't matter what he says if you type in a convincing story, but DO not mention virtual otherwise you'll lose for sure
 
It's $20 if it was like $500 i'd go to the police.

I hope you get your money back.
 
If it was sent as Family & Friends, you'll have to call PayPal, good luck.
 
Luckily I've sent it as the other option, payment for product or whatever it is, I opened a dispute a week ago
