PayPal Accounts

Anyone know somebody who sells Verified PayPal accounts? If not then someone should start doing that because it honestly could be a good profit.

Buying PayPals is too risky, either use bitcoin or have a legitimate PayPal because you'll regret it when PayPal keeps your money hostage

i don't believe this is allowed
i'd have to recheck the rules or talk to philly but i was almost certain someone asked this same question maybe 2 years ago and it wasn't allowed

I would say it isn't allowed... People should have their own Paypals. Not accounts with others info on it. It is easy enough to create an online bank account. That is ALL that is needed to verify a PP. So no those can't be sold here
