payment disputes

ok guys after a payment is disputed, and the guy who made the dispute cancels it, how long does it take before the money is sent back to the persons account.

what I am saying is if person A files a dispute on person B, and person A cancels the dispute cuz it was it was resolved, how long does it take before person B receives the money again that was withheld?

It should be instant, ive never had the money held after the dispute was closed. You may want to contact PayPal if it doesn't get resolved soon.

ok well its been over 13 hours like he said, and the money is still being held. ill keep updating u guys. I already resolved the scam report and I gave him another black ops account. he told me in a pm that he already cancelled it but I still dont got the funds yet
