Looking for someone who can create a rebrand for me as well as a custom logo, computer background, and other things.
I will be paying for your service and a lot if you are high quality.
 
I know someone offsite who could do this, what exactly would you be looking for?

Mostly a Logo and a twitter/yt banner for branding. 
Uhm not too sure how to clarify what I want. I just have concepts and work of other designers to use as reference of what I'd like.
 
Dependant on your budget, as others have said before me @"Astro" can do this for you.
He is relatively cheap and produces good work.

I may have a triple digit budget if the work is godly but Astro was already contacted. I await his response.
