Paying Koins for a custom Avatar (Graphics Request)

I'm looking for a gfx designer to make me an avatar I can use on fk, I'd like it to be a portrait/head of an anime character.

Which character in particular doesn't matter much but I have a few in mind.

I'd like someone to take a picture of the character and spice it up in an editing software to really make it pop. Transparent too.
