Paying 120m buy JCoins

Paying someone 120m RSGP to buy JCoins on my locked account. Payment methods are UGC, Hyperwallet, Moneybookers, Western Union and bank transfer. The cost is 55$ USD. I'm willing to go first if you are trusted.
 
Is the 120m on your locked account? Will the jCoins unlock the account?
 
The 120m is on my mule, the jcoins will unlock my account because I am in a negative balence due to someone charging back on it.

JCoins are required to pay off a negative balance for any jagex game.
 
Jcoins to unlock accounts are for accounts with negative membership, meaning he probably used a phone or something, and someone cancelled the payment, putting him in debt.
 
I can probably help you pay for this but you will have to wait until after this weekend.
If you have already got this paid for then c00l.
 
I get paid this weekend from my uncle. So, I might be able to do it the same day but I also still have to go to the store.
Monday-Tuesday is the latest unless I have troubles like my car or something rofl.

Conversion is 50 CAD to 55$USD so I'll pay a bit extra if needed. If you are paying on your computer (I assume its US), payment methods are UGC, WU or moneygram. If it's on Canada IP it's the payment methods in the OP.

Nice haha. I'd go buy it myself, but all of the 7/11's nearby my neighborhood doesn't have it. I have to go across town to get it and that would take literally hours.
