The 120m is on my mule, the jcoins will unlock my account because I am in a negative balence due to someone charging back on it.

JCoins are required to pay off a negative balance for any jagex game.

Jcoins to unlock accounts are for accounts with negative membership, meaning he probably used a phone or something, and someone cancelled the payment, putting him in debt.

Conversion is 50 CAD to 55$USD so I'll pay a bit extra if needed. If you are paying on your computer (I assume its US), payment methods are UGC, WU or moneygram. If it's on Canada IP it's the payment methods in the OP.

Nice haha. I'd go buy it myself, but all of the 7/11's nearby my neighborhood doesn't have it. I have to go across town to get it and that would take literally hours.
