Pay Pal

So i opened up a pay pal account a few months ago lied about my age as i am only 15 and it all went fine verified my account put on my card& a bank account. Until my card got stolen so i reported it lost & stolen but i forgot about my pay pal so i went to make a transaction on pay pal and it got declined so i tried again and declined again but this time it said account limited now there is nothing i can do as i did not register with my date of birth i can not remove the card to start a new pay pal.
I tried to upload photos of my farther passport& other documents but i got this email:

Haha thanks unspoken. I wouldn't mind if i actually scammed people but i never did anything like that they was all legit purchases mainly ebay and runegear

Yea I only used my pp A few times for things like that
Most of my transactions were to ebay buying 600+ worht of stuff

So yea Umm call them up and Get supervisor and give them a ear full
They will unban it

Think i may do that tomorrow. But as i sent them passport photos of my farther what can i say?
