Password problem

I guess I'll have to post here because I do not have permission to post in private inquiries.

I forgot my current password so I cannot change it.

I would actually like to change it to something I remember.

I tried doing the lost password process but I'm receiving no emails, I've even checked my spam folder, absolutely nothing.

Why am I not receiving any emails from the site?
