Okay, so around 19 days ago I ordered something from this website. It said it would arrive within 10-15 days, with 5 days processing time. Does this mean it HAS to come in-between 10-15 days, because I need it before the 25th.

5 day processing means an extra 5 days so between 15-20 days to be safe, you should get it on monday.
 
Is it your swag, because i stole that package...
 
That means 10-15 business days, not just 10-15 days. I'm not sure how it works in Australia, but you'll probably have to wait longer than expected.
