Should Rep from banned users, Good or bad, be removed?
 
Why would it? just because they are banned does not mean it wasn't true. It should stay.

You mean it's an opinion. True, however if you are a nice guy who contributes to the forums and someone notices this and reps you..then later gets banned, is it fair that that rep be removed? In the case that it was negative rep and you disagree with it, report it.
 

Im talking about positive rep too.
 
It doesn't matter since banned members can't do shit.
