I don't think you read the TOS, it says that you shouldn't post concerns with the program that have to do with support on the thread or your licence will be banned.

Different tool/program and regardless of that. He won't reply to my pms or skype messages. I bought a program that won't work with no help provided.

tbh I don't see the use of this. but GLWS I guess.
