Online RSPS: Free?

I want to make one, But I have zero funds, Is it free to make one, so other people can join? Don't need 20 people on, maybe just some friends to hang with and mess around.

You can make an RSPS for free, however if you want to go big and really succeed money will need to be invested.

Search for some sources on Runelocus or Mopar, port forward, and customize your server a bit, then good to go.

As reaper said, you need to invest money later on to make money, such as getting a VPS/dedicated server if you ever get big, but that also means you can make cash.
