Once Again...

I'm not able to rep 9/10 people that I try to rep forever now. Once a day or twice a day of I'm
lucky it works.

Why did I pay all this money to rep and
I never can...

I have that same problem :/
i can go days without repping anyone and still get that message when i do try to, WTF!

I agree to this. i Rep even one person.

Then it wont let me do it for up to a day later.

It's a known issue, and admins have it too. I just don't think Philly knows how to fix it.
