DO you guys believe that? just wanted to get some peoples opinion on this?
 
I agree with this and also once a scammer always a scammer. That's why I don't understand why some users are allowed to come back to FK even though they scammed. Once a scammer ALWAYS a scammer.

Well they're somewhat similar. I think we understand the point.
 
If somebody cheats once they're more than likely to do it again because you're giving them a second chance, they know they can manipulate you and get away with it.

It's rare for people to change that much.. They most likely don't even care about the person who they were cheating on so there is no reason for them to change.. If they cared then they wouldn't be cheating in the first place.
