IMO you will need at least 450+ going in looking for one.
 
Worth around 300-400 for spaced 2 char, 2 letters are more.
 
I don't see you finding one selling for less than 300.

I've seen them being sold from 275 - 500.

I've yet to see a 2 letter got up for sale that doesn't have a shitty past, however I've seen a couple two characters up for sale that aren't too bad.

2 chars = $250-$350

2 letters = $350-$450
