ok, I need two things answered, one before the other if possible,
1. What is the code in VB for when you click a button it makes a new windows(I know its very simple I forgot)
and the other
2. How can I reformat my laptop, to its original condition, as in, to the state it was in when I received it. I need to do this without buying the disc of course :L I have ways of getting disc but no external CD ROM.
