I already settled this with The Elite theres nothing to talk about I've calmed down.

You need a staff that talks to users not ignore them
You don't need one that only listens to admins..

Oxide talks to users and helps them And listens to them and does his job properly Why cant they be more like him

That's the very best he can do. Of course he cannot stay up all night in order to talk to members from various other countries. I think he does a really great job. As do almost all of the other staff members.

From what I've been invited to once or twice, I can tell that there are huge ass Skype calls with mostly European members
 
Ya it's hard to hang out with euro/Australian people when your American. I've been trying to get this 40M to The Elite for like a week now but he's in like the exact opposite time zone as me, and very busy ofc.
 
Relapse we can meet up and give it to me, I always wait for TE to come online illl hand it over to him

I don't know... I'm canadian and I have friends from every where on skype/xbox/forums
So I'm use to all the half retarded jokes but I know they are just kidding
And yea people in England are 6 hours ahead of me and yea he is busy
