OIL PAINTING in PS

Hey guys

I really want to use this oil painting feature of PS CS6 but whenever i try it give me an error.

what could be the problem in your opinion guys??

Maybe your processor isn't fast enough for the feature.

Your computer can't handle oil paint's requirements.

Make sure 'Use Graphic Processor' is ticked in your preferences.

To do this go to: Preferences > Performance, tick "Use Graphics Processor"

this is the GFX card i use so i think that shouldn't be the problem

i already did that..but whenever i open an image it autometically gets untick..
