Looking for a clean @ my budget is 140$ PP and if you're looking to be paid with BTC I'm going to need someone to help me out with it because I don't understand it :/

Also if you offer an IG @ that isn't worth $140 or more (My budget could go a little higher but $140 is what I'm looking to spend) don't expect me to pay you $140; I'll offer what I think it's worth T_T
