User claims someone changed the login information for weenie, he put a fake email as a security proof and changed his phone number. He also claims he doesn't know how to refund a PayPal payment. I'd suggest not dealing with this guy, because as far as I'm concerned, he's a sympathetic scammer and even though it's a small amount of money and a cheap account, a scam is a scam and a scam report is necessary unless I get my money back or the account I paid for.
