Judging by these replies, I'm assuming this dude isn't very liked?
 
@konata 'this dude' adds every decent gamertag and begs them to accept. He tried selling me the tag 'November' for my kik at the time 'Midnight' and I had to buy an IG for him to. Of course he said I had to go first and then started making excuses as to why he couldn't show proof of him owning the tag, so he got blocked.
