Do people buy them such as .com,.net,.co?
If people do i would like to start a business finding,creating,and selling them with a partner.
So someone give me some input on this,please let me know

yes, original or search engine optimized ones sell for a lot.

ie. something like GamingForums.com would be great for someone with that particular type of website, and they would pay for it.
or even x.com because it's super original would go for a boat load
 
I don't know a lot about it that stuff but I know there is a market for it and its gone damn expensive haha! Good luck though man!

Goodluck with this. Investing into domains are a gamble. You most likely won't create your own og domain, as all of them are taken.
.com is the most popular so yeah.
