Then someone set it up wrong, I'm telling you, it's always been 50$, even just checked with my brother. It's been 50$ for at least 5 months.

On the donation page, yes. Philly probably either forgot to change it back during a sale or decided to change it.

I doubt it, the awards page hasn't been updated in a very long time as far as I know. Unless someone did it without telling anyone.

The donation page was somewhat recently redone by a dev he obviously made a small error, I will do ahead and fix it right now. Thank you for the heads up.
