Yes, I have consulted with Philly and he has given me permission to do this.
HOW THIS WORKS:
For each ticket purchased, half of what is paid will be placed in a jackpot, and the other half with be given to Philly for resale as my contribution to site support. The jackpots will collect until 2:00 A.M. GMT every Saturday, where a grand prize winner will be chosen. The pots will then be reset and all ticket numbers will be erased.
For each ticket purchased, the full amount will be sent to me, where 50% will then be transferred to Philly, and where I'll be holding the pot. I will then take down the ticket numbers that I will have assigned to you. The "Big-spender" tickets will start at 0000, and the "High-roller" tickets will start at 1,000.
I do not make any Koins from this, so lay off of the accusations, please! I just want to be the person that runs this. As I think that it would be fun.
For each drawing, I will make a screen-recorded video of the Random.org drawing to remove any suspicion of rigging.
ALL RULES:
1. Once a ticket is bought, a refund cannot be issued.
2. Post all ticket-buying interest on THIS thread so that your given numbers will be PUBLIC for everyone to see. This will prevent a rigging of the raffle.
3. You may purchase as many tickets as you'd like.
4. No off-topic posting or flaming.
5. All questions WILL BE asked via private message.
