No-one will start world war 3 just based on the fact that all the big countries themselves have their own Nuclear weapons. It would cause havok and possibly wipe out the human race if it were to happen.
 
I actually disagree with you on this one. I don't believe there will be any nuclear wars going on within the next 20 years, especially not during the Obama administration.
