Porn★ said:Let's start with the mistakes you made whilst writing that. First off, you should have put "We can debate about pretty much anything" and in the second part of that sentence you put "I'm to" when it should be "I'm too".
Also, in the last sentence you put "IF A RIPPED YOU A NEW ASSHOLE." when I believe you meant to put "IF I RIPPED YOU A NEW ASSHOLE."

Contest said:Life or death? Explain to me please, how grammar has to do with a job. Maybe a teaching job? That you have to teach children grammar? Also, there's many jobs out there. So, if you don't understand grammar, then you could most likely work at McDonalds or any other fast food restraunt/a job that doesn't require typing or great grammar.

Actually, you are incorrect.
When applying for a job, you submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV), in which must be created by yourself. No matter which job(s) you apply for, an employer will want to review your Curriculum Vitae. Therefore if you have the grammatical skill of a ten-year-old child, you will most likely be pushed aside by any employer. However, if you submit a Curriculum Vitae with precise English skill e.g spelling and grammar; an employer will be more likely to higher yourself for the applied position. :O

@Spartan I'm not trying to teach him about grammar, just correcting it and showing how it could lead to a life or death situation. Also, thanks for correcting my error, for that I will point out one of your errors; you wrote "with a punctuation" but "with punctuation" or "with a full stop" would have been sufficient.

So let's see here. That's like saying McDonalds won't hire dumbfucks? ALOT of jobs won't care about grammar. I have the grammar of a 13 year old, I'm pretty sure I can get a job at McDonalds if I was old enough. Prove me wrong first, please. I will make an application at McDonalds sloppy as **** and they won't give 2 shits. They will hire you based on your application. If they like how your application is, then you will most likely be hired. If you wrote down shit like, "**** i like burgers hire me plz gooby" then no shit, you'll be denied towards that job. Now then, if wrote a application like "im very experianced towads making food an burgers" etc, you'd most likely be accepted. It's not all towards grammar on to a job. You just need experience or is a good person for the job in general. That'd be like, a guy that works for a logging company trying to apply for McDonalds, of course he'd most likely get denied, as he has skills in the logging company. Now, if a guy that worked at burger king made an application to work at McDonalds, he'd most likely be accepted as he has experience in that type of stuff. Point is, grammar is probably what, 5% of the application, maybe more? Also, I'm pretty sure my grammar isn't horrible. I'm also pretty sure, I could get a job at McDonalds even if my grammar was horrible.

It possibly could lead to a life or death thing, but then again, you CAN get a different job. You'd have to be really stupid to die from not getting a job and starving.

Most high level jobs require to you have good grammar. If you ever want to be living a nice lifestyle, then I suggest working on your grammar.

A REALLY important thing. I would rather have a college degree than great grammar. But then again, wouldn't I learn about grammar more in the future? So it wouldn't matter, honestly.
Ocean said:If you have graduated college, then you should at least have acceptable grammar. Also, if you want a high lever degree, then you will have to a lot of writing. Without good grammar, you will suffer with getting a reasonable high lever degree.

You have not corrected anything. the context I used "with a punctuation" is fine, and is in no way wrong. I'm just glad to see you think you are some kind of badass, and for that, we thank you.

Punctuation is things like Full stops (Periods?), commas etc. meaning that your use of the word is incorrect, and as for your comment on being a "badass", I was simply pointing out a mistake you made.

Just saying it would be "higher level," not "high lever."
Porn★ said:You should have said "without any punctuation". I've also just noticed in your first reply you said " yet you forgot to end sentence", when you really should have put " yet you forgot to end your sentence"
