Note 2 or S3?

So pretty much my mom is taking me off of her phone plan and I'm looking for a new provider. I've decided to go with T-Mobile but I cant decide whether to get the Note 2 or S3. Keep in mind that these are the only 2 good phones I can get because I dont have a credit card and they wont let me start a full plan without one so I'm stuck with a prepaid plan. Let me know which one is better please

The note's are big as fuck.. if you break the screen it's fucked.. I'm getting the S4 active when it gets in the mail, I'll let you know how it is.

I'd go with the s3 tho.
