I do not see that much of Traffic Monetizing over here,
so I figured it'd be cool if I made some sort of noob friendly guide...
Unlike other threads around here I'd like to mention that this one involves Advertising earnings,
Yet, we will not be using AdSense...
So yeah, let's start...
STEP 1 - Getting a free domain
Instead of using a blog to put ads on we're using a free domain that will last for a while...
To get such a domain, you can use several sites, but I'm gonna go with Altervista.
Just come up with a name for your domain, and click "Sign Up".
Fill out the form with information of your choice.
STEP 2 - Entering the Control Panel
After signing up with AlterVista, login to your Control Panel.
Use the credentials you received in your email account with which you signed up.
After logging in, look for File Management, and click "Sign in".
STEP 3 - Get your ad-codes
Alright, let's grab some ad-codes to put into our site.
I use the following networks, but ofcourse you may use others too.
I just use them because they are working really well with this guide.

After registering and logging in you will find your ad-tags (/codes) by clicking "Ad Tags"

For A-Ads, it works a bit differently.
On the site, click on "Earn Money" -> "Create Ad Unit"
Then choose your ad format (for me 300x250 earns the best), and put in your altervista website.
Then filter your ads, do NOT allow NSFW-ads!
And at last put in your bitcoin address, and a threshold (I'd recommend the default 0.0001).
After you created the Ad, your ad-code is shown (This is available in the Ad-link as well)
SAVE YOUR AD-LINK! (which is like https://a-ads.com/ad_units/xxxxxx)

The altervista network on it's own. (Not sure if this one is paying using this method, no proof yet.)
(Within your Control Panel -> Click "EARN")
Then click "Insert Ads and start earning"

STEP 4 - Create your website
Within your Control Panel of Altervista, you should still be located in the file manager.
Click on "Edit"
Now we want to get a total clean layout
Delete anything that says "style", then it should look like this
Then try to click "Apply", then "Save"
If this gives you an Error, copy the code (without the style/css part) and delete the file "index.html".
Then create a new file, call it "index" and paste the code into it.
Now put those Ad-Codes into the the website HTML-code within the <body> and </body> tags.
BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR LAYOUTS
STEP 5 - Getting some traffic to your site!
So to actually earn some money, we need to send some traffic to YOUR website with YOUR ads.
You've come to the right place to get some traffic.
Following is a list with Traffic Exchanges that actually will count valid hits for your ads.
TeslaHits
Websyndic
HitLeap
AutoWebSurf
EraHits
WebTraffica
Just put in your website/domain link into the Traffic Exchanges, and see your earnings rising.
HINT:
If you have VPS's, use these to earn even more traffic points/credits for the Exchanges!
