I sold that to "H a z e" For the account "Slammer" and some cash.
Which was all sweet. Deal went smooth and we were both happy.
Next Step.
I sold the account "Slammer" to Cesar/Rider.
Which was all sweet. No problems.
Cesar/Rider then sold the account to the User Kev.
So now Kev in complaining that Cesar/Rider called in/Taken back the account Slammer.
Now i'm here to clear things up. Correct me if i'm wrong, But you need to Original Console ID and Serial (Also Billing Info) to Successfully call in a Tag.
I was the 2nd owner, Cesar was the 3rd and Kev was the 4th.
Here is the tricky part, With Quad involved.
Quad filed a UA on the account "D am" after i sold it to H a z e. (Originally i bought it from Quad)
This happened while the User 'H a z e" was selling the account on FK.
Quad talked his Bullshit to H a z e and i don't really know what happened but i received messages from H a z e on FK saying he cant do anything because Quad didn't technically scam him.

So my point is, and i'm sorry to do this. But the only possibility to this is the Rightful owner of Slammer.
He got scammed/Fucked over by Quad. It all makes sense.
If that happened to me, Honestly id call in my Tag too.
In Conclusion, Kev get your facts straight.
