Nice Spaced Tag- Banned- Not accepted TOS yet

So whats the deal with this tag dreams? could i use it online or...?
 
Why would the ToS matter? You can't swap on Zune.

u can swap it on zune if it hasnt accepted the Tos bc u didnt accept that u cant change ur gt on zune
